# 六、到美應辦手續

> *到達後一面安頓一面要準備入學，本章大致按時間順序列出抵美後應辦事項，可當作 to-do list。有些主題（如購物、交通等）在第七章有更深入的介紹，建議交互參考。* ***重點提醒：段落6.7至6.12為必要行政流程，將會影響個人選課等權益，務必詳細閱讀。***

## 抵達後 Check List

* [ ] 領取鑰匙 （如果事先申請，可能學生證會一起拿到）
* [ ] 到宿舍後檢查傢俱並填寫房屋檢查清單
* [ ] 領取學生證
* [ ] 更新Axess上的資訊（尤其是地址），確認 to do list 和 hold 項目都完成
* [ ] 印I94 (入境資料，效期只有一個月，到期再印一份)
* [ ] 複印護照、I20，並保管好正本
* [ ] 參加 Bechtel 舉辦的 "Maintain Your Legal Status"
* [ ] 辦手機門號
* [ ] 銀行開戶
* [ ] 申請 SSN 或 ITIN （特別給PhD, TA, RA）
